Hello. I'm Josh Mueller. I'm a solar consultant with Brite Solar. And I want to tell you:
Switch to Solar for Free!
Sounds like a scam? Maybe I should explain.
We get solar installed on your home. We charge you $0.00 up front. You get a bill-swap. That means 1) Your electric bill will drop to either zero, or to a very low connection fee, and 2) It will be replaced by your solar loan. Does it sound free yet?
Why Solar? My electric bill isn't that bad.
Your electric bill might not be that bad. But it will get worse. Even if your usage doesn't go up, your rates will. When you switch to solar, you will be paying off a solar loan. Payments will be lower than your current electric bill. Those payments stay the same, until ... it is paid off. What?!? Your electric bill will never be paid off, because a new one comes every month. But, how is it done?
Step 1: Validation
Are you a homeowner? Do you have a credit score of 620 or above? Do you use electricity? If you said "Yes" three times, you pass!
Step 2: Evaluate
Show us a picture of your electric bill. We will look at your average power use over the year. We will look at your home. Not every house qualifies. Does your house have a roof that works well with solar? Do you have large trees that might block the sun?
Step 3: Review
If your house is well aligned with a good roof, our team will prepare a plan and quote. The planned solar system will collect for all your power needs, and a little more. And your monthly payment will be lower than your current electric bill.
Step 4: Present
We get on a Zoom call with you to show off your new, proposed, solar system. We will show you how it looks. How much it costs. How those payments would look. Then ... we let you think it over.
Step 5: Decide
If it doesn't make sense, that's fine. But if it does, then let us know. We will get those plans finalized. You will sign some papers. Those panels will be installed.
Step 6: Save!
Once those panels are installed, you will be saving money. You will be saving the planet. And your future will be Brite!
